Luxury four-person holiday home at Ferienresort Cochem. Ferienresort Cochem is a true family destination with many children's facilities. In the center building you will find good restaurants (buffet and à la carte), a snack bar and a supermarket where, in addition to fresh sandwiches, you can also buy regional products. For example, a new indoor play paradise has recently been opened especially for the children in the center building, where you can keep an eye on while enjoying a cup of coffee. The little ones can also enjoy themselves in the Koos Kids Club, the indoor swimming pool with children's pool (free admission) and in the various playgrounds. In addition to the two large golf courses, there is a mini bowling.
Layout
Modern living room with dining area and sitting area with TV. Through the patio doors you enter the furnished terrace. There is an open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, four-burner stove, refrigerator and filter coffee maker. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single box-spring beds and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a single box-spring bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. You can park one car at the holiday home.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- The interior and / or exterior of these holiday homes may differ and differ from the photos.
- You may use the pool for 90 minutes per stay. Reservations can be made on site at the Service Point.
- At the reception you can only pay with debit or credit card, cash payments can unfortunately not be processed.

- These vacation rentals cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- At Ferienresort Cochem, from Monday, September 4, 2023 to Friday, June 28, 2024, the center building will be hard at work. The restaurant, supermarket, indoor playground and mini golf closed. There will be food trucks where you can pick up fresh chips and pizza, and a pop up minimarket for essential vacation shopping. The kids club and reception are temporarily moving to a vacation rental. You will have virtually no inconvenience from the work itself; the building is located on the edge of the park far from most homes.
- From Monday 2 September 2024, the Swimming Pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be renovated, this will take about one year. The swimming pool will be closed during this period.

Location and surroundings
Rolling hills with a wine farm every kilometre, picturesque villages with medieval streets and breathtaking, authentic castles that are beautifully lit in the evening. Definitely plan your holiday in the unique surroundings of the Moselle! Here, grab a mountain bike and manoeuvre between the hills and valleys or take breathtaking walks. A boat trip on the famous Moselle is also highly recommended. Tips in the area include the mustard mill and Moselle promenade in Cochem, but the Roman graves at Nehren are also special and definitely worth a visit. Be sure to visit one of the many authentic places in the area: too many to mention, but all beautiful!

OV mogelijkheden zijn zeer beperkt helaas, dat had wat beter gekund.
Enige wat even vreemd was met boeken was dat prijs met of zonder reiniging huisje niet aangegeven werd waardoor niet zichtbaar werd of je nu wel of niet ervoor gekozen had hierdoor was er verwarring,maar daar hebben ze het voor ons opgelost(internetfoutje in systeem)
