Beautiful 5 person holiday home in a holiday park near Durbuy

This compact five-person holiday home is located on the Sunclass Durbuy holiday park. A holiday park with various facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sports fields, playground and a restaurant. The town of Durbuy is just a few kilometers away. Durbuy is also called the smallest town in the world. Durbuy dates from the Middle Ages. The atmosphere exudes the town on all sides. Durbuy has a beautiful little historic center. You will find winding streets and stone buildings. There is a very beautiful castle on top of the rocky hill. There are also many restaurants in Durbuy. There is a huge selection of good restaurants. In the Christmas period there is a large and cozy Christmas market including skating rink. It is therefore not for nothing that Durbuy has become one of the most popular destinations in the Ardennes in recent years!

Spacious living room with sitting and dining area. The living room has a stereo and a TV with various digital TV channels, including Dutch-language channels. The terrace faces south and can be reached directly from the living room through French doors. The beautiful kitchen has a combi microwave, four-burner gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker and a kettle. The neat bathroom has a shower with toilet and sink.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a landing; one bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm) and the other bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm).

The fifth bed (90x200cm) is on the landing. Here are also two spacious wardrobes. The landing is lockable by means of a stair gate.
