Independent 12 person group accommodation near the Utrecht Ridge

Next to the operational dairy farm, you’ll find this 12-person apartment with a private driveway, located on the edge of the forest and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The holiday home is close to the village center, within walking distance of a mini golf park with trampolines, a restaurant, and various shops. For added convenience, e-scooters are available for rent on the premises, directly from the owner and for a fee. The surroundings of the holiday home are beautiful. Visit Huis Doorn, the National Tree Museum, the Kaapse Bossen, or of course the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. Enjoy canoeing along scenic routes past estates and castles in Langbroek, or cycle one of the popular MTB trails or node routes.

The living room has a lovely sitting area with a corner sofa, television, internet and central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large oven, gas stove, microwave, filter coffee maker and cooker. There are two refrigerators in the house, one of which has a freezer compartment. In addition, there is a large dining table and bar table. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, three separate toilets, a urinal and two bathrooms. One bathroom has two shower rooms, both with a hand shower and a ceiling shower, a basin and a mirror. The other bathroom has one shower room with a hand shower, ceiling shower and a basin with mirror. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed; a single folding bed can be added in two rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a toilet on this floor. Outside there is a lovely terrace equipped with a large picnic table, terrace bench, chairs, parasol, hot tub and barbecue. There is also a covered bicycle shed and parking for at least seven cars at the house.
