Luxury 6-person wellness holiday home with sauna in Colijnsplaat, right by the water.
This luxurious, semi-detached holiday home for six people is located in Colijnsplaat, close to the Oosterschelde and the charming fishing village. The child-friendly home offers great comfort, including underfloor heating, a gas fireplace, wellness facilities, and a spacious garden.
The cozy living room features a seating area with a fireplace, HD television, Blu-ray player, radio, and dining area. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, and kettle, among other things.
On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with box-spring beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a utility room with a washer-dryer combination and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds (90 x 210 cm), a television, and a second luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower with sunshower, a bathtub/whirlpool, a washbasin, a toilet, and a Finnish sauna.
The house features free WiFi, child-safe amenities, and stair gates. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
