Nevertheless, it offers you the necessary privacy, since it is on a separate plot of about 1500 m2. You also have your own terrace with a beautiful view over the countryside. The delicious and energy-efficient holiday home is located about three kilometers from the beautiful and cozy green village Den Ham and borders the Eerder Achterbroek where many beautiful places to admire are: (steep bank, sahara and castle Eerde). There are also many walking and cycling routes in Den Ham and the surrounding area. The holiday home is actually best suited for five adults and one child. (The upper bunk bed has little headroom). On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, a bathroom with heated floor, rain shower and washbasin. The living room is comfortably furnished and the open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, four-burner cooker, refrigerator and filter coffee machine. Through the terrace doors in the kitchen you can walk straight to your own terrace. Here you will find a large wooden table with six wicker chairs and a bbq.
On the first floor there are two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds (box spring) and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom has two single beds (box spring) and a sturdy bunk bed. The bathroom on this floor has a heated floor, a rain shower, toilet and sink. There is also a small washing machine in this holiday house.
