Beautiful 6 persons holiday home in the Netherlands
This beautiful and comfortable detached six-person holiday farm is located on the Lourenshoeve holiday park on the border of beautiful Salland. Holiday park De Lourenshoeve is a cozy and small-scale holiday park located in the Overijssel village of Den Ham on the border of Twente and Salland. The park is conveniently located and offers you the opportunity to take beautiful walks, horseback rides and bike rides through the beautiful green landscape of Twente and National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug. The holiday park has a number of cozy holiday farms. Do you want to bring your own horse? Which can! Holiday park De Lourenshoeve has its own riding stables with private stables.
The houses very suitable for families with children. The livingroom is equipped with a radio, cd-player and television. The kitchen is equipped with amongst other things a combioven and filter-coffeemachine. There are three bedrooms in the house. one bedroom with two single boxspringbeds downstairs, and two bedrooms with two single beds upstairs. The bathroom with shower is also situated downstairs, as is the seperated toilet. Outside is a large garden with terrace and furniture. Around the house is parkingspace for one car.

The beautiful surroundings of Den Ham are pure enjoyment of peace, space and nature. The Zandstuve forest has beautiful walking and cycling routes, but nature lovers can also enjoy the towns and nature reserves of Eerde, Junne, the Engbertsdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate and Lemelerberg. For a day of shopping, visit Ommen, Almelo and Zwolle, where you will find a wide range of shops and cosy restaurants. Do you fancy a day of complete relaxation? Then visit Sauna Beautycenter Nijverdal. For a day out with the children, Slagharen amusement park is highly recommended, less than half an hour away. Is it a rainy day? Then visit indoor playground Ballorig.

Beautiful surroundings, hospitable. The house is very nice on the outside, but the interior was a bit disappointing. Broken stair railing, broken toilet paper holder, broken air vent, paint stains on the stairs, sewer smell in the shower. Other than these inconveniences, it would have been a very nice house. Delicious warm, fresh rolls delivered to the door in the morning.
Omgeving mooi, gastvrij. Huisje aan de buitenkant heel mooi, binnen viel wat tegen. Kapotte trapleuning, kapotte wc rolhouder, kapot luchtrooster, verfvlekken op de trap, rioollucht in de doucheruimte. Buiten deze ongemakken zou het een heel fijn huisje zijn. Lekker warme verse broodjes 's ochtends aan de deur

Hi Anita, we had these broken items repaired immediately after your departure, particularly the stair railing. It's a shame this wasn't reported until afterward, otherwise we could have fixed it right away.
Hallo Anita, Wij hebben deze kapotte defecten na u vertrek direct laten maken met name de trapleuning. Jammer dat dit pas achteraf gemeld was anders hadden wij dit direct kunnen verhelpen.

Dat er gebouwd werd op het park dat hoorde wij bij aankomst. Was wel storend als je een dagje bij het huisje bleef. Ik had op zijn minst toch wel verwacht dat er een mededeling op de site staat. Niks gezien. Meestal als er gebouwd wordt op een park geven ze een korting. Ook dit was niet het geval. Ik vind dit wel een minpunt.
