Luxury 8-person holiday home with sauna and whirlpool at Lake Tjeukemeer in Friesland

This beautiful and luxurious eight-person water villa with sauna and whirlpool is located in one of the more beautiful lake areas of the Netherlands, in the village of Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dip, relax at the cosy sandy beach or engage in various water sports. Feel like some fun? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all uniquely located directly on the water.

Ground floor:
In the living room there is a dining area and sitting area with a television Through the sliding or French doors you can walk straight onto the spacious deck with jetty. (The modern open kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge and induction hob. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds, TV and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a separate toilet. There is also a separate room with a Finnish sauna and an adjoining shower room with sun shower.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms each with two beds. Upstairs there are three bathrooms, two with a shower, washbasin and toilet and one with a shower and washbasin.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden adjacent to the water. Terrace with garden furniture on a separate terrace there is also a whirlpool bath (for an extra charge).

There is parking for two cars at the house.
