Beautiful villas on a small villa park on the Tjeukemeer.
In one of the nicer lake areas of the Netherlands, in the village Delfstrahuizen, you will find these luxury water villas. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dive, relax on the cozy sandy beach or take part in various water sports activities. Do you fancy a bit of entertainment? Rent a boat in the area and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.

Particularities
- The main booker must be at least 30 years of age or older.
- Children under 12 years old do not pay tourist tax. Please indicate in the comments field during booking and indicate how many children are traveling and their ages. This will be manually adjusted for you on the invoice.
- The accommodations are ideal for families, but are not rented to young people, groups, or sports clubs. If, upon arrival, it appears that the group composition differs from what was booked, access may be denied.
- One set of kitchen towels is included. You can optionally book additional kitchen towels.
- In the period from December 21 to January 4, 2027, the house can only be booked for a week from Monday to Monday.
Facilities
There is a reception where you can obtain all information about the park and the surroundings. There is also a small sandy beach on the Tjeukemeer. All villas are located directly on the water and have their own jetty.

Location and surroundings
Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer, a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The Tjeukemeer offers many water sports possibilities, but a day of relaxing at the cosy sandy beach is definitely one of them. Of course, renting a boat and admiring the beautiful nature reserve from the water is also an option. And speaking of water: a day in beautiful Giethoorn is also highly recommended! The kids can also have a great time at the Ballorig play paradise in Heerenveen or AquaZoo in Leeuwarden. And for some extra culture, the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum in Sneek should also be on your list.
