Luxurious 12-person water villa with sauna, whirlpool and sunshower in Delfstrahuizen
This beautiful and luxurious 12-person water villa with sauna, whirlpool and sun shower is located in one of the more beautiful lake areas of the Netherlands, in the village of Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dip, relax at the cosy sandy beach or engage in various water sports. Feel like some fun? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge and dining area with a smart TV. Adjacent to the living room you will find the luxurious kitchen with induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, regular coffee machine and various other appliances. There is a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are four more bedrooms with two single beds and a box bed. There are three bathrooms, one of which has a washbasin, bath, shower, sunshower, toilet and sauna. The other two bathrooms have a washbasin and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the landing.
The garden includes a furnished terrace, a jetty, two parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars.

- Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar), basisschoolgroepen en vriendengroepen (tot 30 jaar) zijn niet toegestaan.
- The lead booker must be at least 30 years of age or older.
- Children up to 12 years old do not pay tourist tax. Please indicate in the comments field of the booking process how many children are traveling and what their age is. This will be adjusted manually for you on invoice.
- The accommodations are very suitable for families and families but are not rented to young people, groups and sports clubs. If on arrival it appears that the group composition is different than booked, access can be refused.
- One set of kitchen linen is included. Optionally you can book extra kitchen linen.

Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer, a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The Tjeukemeer offers many water sports possibilities, but a day of relaxing at the cosy sandy beach is definitely one of them. Of course, renting a boat and admiring the beautiful nature reserve from the water is also an option. And speaking of water: a day in beautiful Giethoorn is also highly recommended! The kids can also have a great time at the Ballorig play paradise in Heerenveen or AquaZoo in Leeuwarden. And for some extra culture, the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum in Sneek should also be on your list.

We had a wonderful weekend, the accommodation was great, with all amenities, the larger towns of Sneek and Heerenveen are nearby and easily accessible.
Wij hebben een fijne weekend gehad de accommodatie was geweldig, Van alle gemakken voorzien, de grotere steden Sneek en Heerenveen in de buurt, snel te bereiken.

Sjraar Canjels
One of us was taking a bath and started the hot tub, and a huge black gunk came out. It was very dirty. Even after rinsing it twice more, the gunk still came out. Upon departure, we were told this was always checked. Not so! For this price, they should have checked beforehand whether all the facilities were working properly.
Een van ons zat in bad en startte het bubbelbad en er kwam heel veel zwarte troep mee. Dit was erg vies. Ook later naar nogmaals twee keer spoelen kwam er nog steeds zwarte troep. Bij vertrek werd aangegeven dat dit altijd werd gecontroleerd. Niet dus! Voor deze prijs mag vooraf gecontroleerd worden of alle faciliteiten naar behoren werken.

Vervelend om te horen dat het bubbelbad niet schoon was en dat u hier hinder van heeft ondervonden. Onze schoonmaak- en technische teams controleren het bubbelbad standaard, maar het kan helaas voorkomen dat er na gebruik van het systeem nog restanten loskomen uit de leidingen. We begrijpen dat dit een onprettige verrassing was. We hopen u, ondanks dit voorval, nogmaals te mogen begroeten!
