Luxury 8-person villa, with private sauna, on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland

This beautiful and luxurious eight-person water villa, with private sauna, is located in one of the most beautiful lake areas in the Netherlands, in the village of Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dip, relax on the pleasant sandy beach or take part in various water sports activities. Do you fancy some entertainment? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.

When you enter through the front door, you look through the wide patio door directly onto the living room with a dining area and a large corner sofa and behind that, the water. The spacious kitchen diner is equipped with luxury equipment, suitable for large groups: in addition to the combi oven, there is, for example, a 90 cm oven and a five-burner induction hob, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso, filter coffee machine and a kettle.
What you will find next door on the ground floor: a special bedroom with ensuite bathroom. And the utility room where the washing machine, dryer, sink and separate freezer are located.

If you walk upstairs, you will find the cozy double box bed at first sight. Also on the first floor are the Finnish sauna and three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, there is also a second bathroom with a bath and, as in all bathrooms, a rain shower.

Finally, via the fixed (steep) stairs on the landing, you reach the attic floor, where your children can lounge undisturbed.

Outside a lovely garden on the water with an outdoor shower, dock with swimming ladder, charging station and a partly covered terrace with lounge set and an eight-person garden table.

There is parking for two cars at the house. And a charging station to charge your Tesla electrically (NB this charging station is only suitable for Teslas).
