Luxurious 12-person villa with private sauna on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland
This beautiful and luxurious 12 person water villa with private sauna is located in one of the more beautiful lake areas in the Netherlands, in the village of Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dip, relax on the pleasant sandy beach or take part in various water sports activities. Do you fancy some entertainment? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.
The villa is equipped with every possible luxury, including two saunas and a steam shower; everything you could wish for for a relaxing holiday.
The spacious living room is located on the ground floor. From here you can access the very spacious deck terrace through sliding or French doors. The open kitchen is fully equipped and very suitable for cozy dinners with the whole family. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate spacious wellness area with a walk-in shower, whirlpool and a Finnish sauna.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a cozy box bed. The bedrooms all have an en-suite bathroom. There is also a Finnish sauna and a badroom with shower here. On the second floor you will find another bedroom with two beds, which is suitable for children because of the sloping walls.
There is parking for three cars at the house.
Availability
Good to know
- Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar), basisschoolgroepen en vriendengroepen (tot 30 jaar) zijn niet toegestaan.
- The main booker must be at least 30 years of age or older.
- Children under 12 years old do not pay tourist tax. Please indicate in the comments field during booking and indicate how many children are traveling and their ages. This will be manually adjusted for you on the invoice.
- The accommodations are ideal for families, but are not rented to young people, groups, or sports clubs. If, upon arrival, it appears that the group composition differs from what was booked, access may be denied.
- One set of kitchen towels is included. You can optionally book additional kitchen towels.
- In the period from December 21 to January 4, 2027, the house can only be booked for a week from Monday to Monday.

Delfstrahuizen, Friesland
Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer, a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The Tjeukemeer offers many water sports possibilities, but a day of relaxing at the cosy sandy beach is definitely one of them. Of course, renting a boat and admiring the beautiful nature reserve from the water is also an option. And speaking of water: a day in beautiful Giethoorn is also highly recommended! The kids can also have a great time at the Ballorig play paradise in Heerenveen or AquaZoo in Leeuwarden. And for some extra culture, the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum in Sneek should also be on your list.
