Luxury 8 person villa on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland

This beautiful and luxurious eight-person water villa is located in one of the nicer lake areas in the Netherlands, in the village of Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dip, relax on the cozy sandy beach or undertake various water sport activities. Do you fancy some entertainment? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.

Beautiful spacious and bright living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a large, comfortable couch and decorative fireplace. A lot of light enters through the large windows. There is a separate, lockable TV room. You can easily step outside on the terrace through the sliding doors. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious open kitchen with, among other things, an induction hob, Nespresso machine, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator, combi oven and a dishwasher. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a cozy box bed. All bedrooms have two single box spring beds. There are three bathrooms with a shower, toilet and a sink. One bathroom also has a sun shower.

Outside there is a lovely deck terrace with a jetty. The terrace has a canopy, a lounge set and a garden table with eight chairs. The terrace borders the water where you can possibly moor your own boat.

There is parking space for two cars at the house with the possibility of electrically charging your car through a charging station.
