This wellness villa for five is located at Holidaypark De Koog. This new holiday park is centrally located on the lovely Wadden Sea island of Texel and 3500 metres from the North Sea beach of De Koog. Texel is a real walking and cycling island. In addition to walking and cycling routes, there are also mountain bike routes. Explore the polders and dunes, the vast heathlands and forests. Ships depart from Oudeschild for a trip across the Wadden Sea. Sail along to watch seals, step aboard a shrimp cutter or take a trip aboard an authentic sailing ship. When staying on Texel, it is also worth visiting the seal centre Ecomare. Texel is rich in nature reserves, of which the Slufter is the best known. The area has an open connection to the North Sea and most of it is a bird breeding and resting area. Another bird area is the Waalenburg polder.

The villa has a bright interior and this also radiates from the living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa and television. There is also a dining area with dining table and chairs. Adjacent is the open kitchen which is equipped with an induction hob, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee cup machine. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the bathroom which is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. There is also a second bathroom with a semi-detached bath, shower, infrared sauna and a sink.

Outside, there is a garden with a furnished terrace, an outdoor kitchen and a hot tub. There is also parking for two cars at the holiday home.
