Beautiful seven person house in Callantsoog

This seven person vacation home in Callantsoog is located not far from the village center of Callantsoog and from the beach (900 meters). This vacation home is located on a park. The vacation homes have a typical look from grandmother's time with a thatched roof, white plastered walls and shutters for the windows. The vacation park has 150 houses and is very quiet. In the middle of the island is a small children's playground. Here young children can enjoy the playground equipment, soccer field and table tennis together with their parents. In addition, boating and fishing can be done along the waterfront. Several restaurants and beach pavilions are located in Callantsoog for a pleasant snack and drink. The supermarket is around the corner where you can get groceries if necessary. In the summer many activities are organized on the beach which is within walking distance. Such as a morning ride, horseback riding and kite surfing. 

On the first floor of this house is a large living-dining room with central and floor heating, internet, CD player and a smart TV with Dutch and German channels. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, blender, Nespresso, microwave, fridge freezer, 5-burner induction hob, kettle and convection oven. In the utility room there is a washer-dryer combination. There is another separate toilet on the first floor.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with bathtub and TV. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with a 120 cm wide queen-size bed. On the first floor there is one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is the other bedroom with shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. One crib and high chair are standard in the house.

Outside there is a large garden (not fenced) with a waterfront deck, garden furniture and a parasol. There is also parking for two cars at the house.
