And those surroundings are definitely worthwhile, walking or cycling on Zeeuws-Vlaanderen is not difficult, there are many marked routes which lead you along villages, creeks, dikes and nature reserves. A trip to Knokke or Bruges is also a possibility. Cadzand is the southernmost seaside resort in the Netherlands. Cadzand's beaches are among the most beautiful beaches the Netherlands has to offer. It has beautiful dunes and the beach is the perfect place for days out with the children. Various sports can be practised such as volleyball, surfing or sailing, among others. In Cadzand itself, culture and tradition go hand in hand with sand and sea fun, you will find several shops and also several terraces to spend a pleasant afternoon. Layout
On the ground floor, the living room with floor heating includes a seating area, television and a dining area. The kitchen includes a four-burner cooker, pad coffee maker, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and kettle. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and sink.
On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, all equipped with two single beds (box spring). The bathroom has a shower, sink and infrared sauna. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
Furthermore, there is central heating and free Wi-Fi. Outside you have a terrace and a garden with garden furniture and deck chairs and a shed for storing your bicycles. There is parking space for two cars.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- There are more accommodations with the same housecode, but only in some of them pets are allowed. Book quickly because full is full!

- Group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad will be closed from Monday 16 December 2024 to Friday 20 December 2024.

Location and surroundings
Cadzand is a beautiful seaside resort on the Dutch coast, located on the North Sea. Here you can relax on the almost 10 kilometers long beach. The many hours of sunshine make it an ideal place for a sun vacation. Try one of the many water sports you can do at the beach, such as sailing or (kite)surfing. The surroundings of Cadzand are also excellent for wonderful hiking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. From Breskens you can take a ferry to Vlissingen for a day out, but the Belgian city of Bruges is also nearby and definitely worth a visit.
