Comfortable 24 person group accommodation near Blokzijl
This unique group accommodation for 24 persons is located on the border of the old Zuiderzee, where the old and the new land meet. It is an ideal place for a stay with family, friends or colleagues. The outdoor area offers plenty of opportunities for sports and games, with a large recreational field, a football pitch, a volleyball net and a campfire pit. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there is a pizza oven and a barbecue. Looking for additional activities? Barbecues, buffets and pizza evenings are provided at the accommodation. Prefer action? Compete in Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting, Boys against Girls or the Break-In Game. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. National Park Weerribben-Wieden is perfect for walks or a boat trip. Giethoorn and historical Schokland are a short distance away.
The living room is in a separate building, about 50 metres from the bedrooms. Here you will find a seating area and a bar with tap system and drinks fridge. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with two induction hobs, oven, a spacious fridge-freezer, plenty of crockery and cutlery, double dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. There are a total of eight bedrooms with comfortable beds, which are spread over three floors. One room on the ground floor is fully wheelchair-friendly and equipped with two high-low beds. There are also three bedrooms for two persons and four bedrooms for four persons. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one of which has a lovely bathtub! Outside is a spacious terrace overlooking the recreation area.

Location and surroundings
Blokzijl, Overijssel
In the Kop van Overijssel lies the village of Blokzijl, which has its own harbour where you can moor your boat and then sit down at one of the many outdoor cafés or a restaurant. A stone's throw from Blokzijl is the Weerribben-Wieden nature reserve, where water and land alternate beautifully. During your visit, enjoy the peace, reed and space, where man and nature actively coexist. Take a beautiful boat trip with the family through the Weerribben-Wieden landscape and enjoy the many sights along the way. For a historic day out, Zuiderzee town Vollenhove is highly recommended, but a day in Giethoorn is also not to be missed.

We had a fantastic time at the holiday home! Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The location is perfect – quiet, yet close to all the local attractions. The host was friendly and always willing to help. We would definitely return.
We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het vakantiehuis! Alles was schoon, netjes en gezellig ingericht. De keuken was volledig uitgerust en de bedden lagen heerlijk. De ligging is perfect – rustig, maar toch dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. De gastheer was vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen. We komen hier zeker graag weer.

The De Hoeve location is certainly satisfying on the inside. A spacious kitchen with everything you need. A generous sitting area, a nice bar, and clean restrooms. However, the outdoor space leaves something to be desired. The entrance to the space is therefore not very inviting. The bedrooms are all fine.
De locatie De Hoeve voldoet van binnen zeker. Ruime keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ruime zithoek, leuke bar en schone toiletten. De buitenruimte laat echter wel wat te wensen over. De binnenkomst in de ruimte is dan ook niet zo uitnodigend. De slaapkamers zijn allemaal prima.

It's wonderful to hear you appreciate the interior and bedrooms so much; that's exactly what we're proud of. It's a shame I couldn't speak with you personally that weekend, and the weather didn't cooperate, which meant you couldn't enjoy the recreation area as much. Next spring, we'll be thoroughly renovating the outdoor area so it's just as inviting as the interior. We hope to welcome you again so you can see for yourself how we're making De Hoeve even more beautiful!
Het is fijn om te lezen dat je de binnenruimte en slaapkamers zo waardeert; dat is precies waar we trots op zijn. Jammer dat ik je dat weekend niet zelf heb kunnen spreken en dat het weer niet meewerkte, waardoor je minder van het recreatieterrein kon genieten. Komend voorjaar gaan we de buitenruimte flink opknappen, zodat deze net zo uitnodigend wordt als de binnenruimtes. We hopen je nog eens te mogen verwelkomen, zodat je zelf kunt zien hoe we De Hoeve nog mooier maken!

We had a wonderful weekend. We missed some seating in the lounge area. We were a group of 18 people. The sofa could seat six people high. I would recommend expanding that a bit. We also found the bedrooms a bit far away for baby monitor reception, as we had small children with us.
Heel fijn weekend gehad. Wij misten in de zithoek wat zitplaatsen. Wij waren met een groep van 18 personen. Er konden hoogte 6 op de bank zitten. Ik zou adviseren om dat wat uit te breiden. Daarnaast vonden wij de slaapvertrekken wel wat ver weg ivm babyfoon bereik. We waren met kleine kinderen namelijk.
