The flat is also air-conditioned. The two bedrooms are equipped with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washbasin. When you open the garden doors, you walk onto the lovely terrace with garden furniture. There is also a garden shed outside where you can store your bicycles. There is space for one car at the house.
