This detached holiday home stands on a nice spacious plot of 320m2. At the front of the house, you have a double parking space. At the rear you will find the 16-metre jetty, suitable for boats with a draft of over 1m. The comfortable and fully equipped holiday home is suitable for five to six persons and has three bedrooms on the first floor. The bungalow is located in an attractive, quiet bungalow park. 

The holiday home has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and Smart TV. Next to it is another cosy sitting area with leather chairs for two. There is a cosy dining area with a large table and six chairs. The kitchen has a induction hob, oven, fridge including freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. Also on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool, shower cabin, sink and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one of which is large and furnished with a double box-spring bed with two single mattresses, a wardrobe and a washbasin. In the second bedroom you will find two single box-spring beds, a wardrobe and a washbasin. The third bedroom has two single beds. Outside the house, you will find another attached shed that houses, among other things, the garden cushions for the lounge sofa and garden chairs. There is a terrace at the back of the house, on the side which has an outdoor fireplace and a terrace/ jetty with lounge area on the waterfront. There is also a private jetty of 16m where you can moor your own (just in front of the park is a free-to-use trailer ramp and immediately after the park barrier there is a field on the right where your trailer is allowed), or a rented boat.
