In the surroundings, it is wonderful cycling or walking in the vast polders and forests. In Amsterdam, there is both culture and history to discover through the canals, various museums and impressive canal houses. With the children, you can visit Artis or Science Museum NEMO. Of course, there is also plenty to see in the surroundings of Amsterdam. Think of the Zaanse Schans, the cheese city Alkmaar and the traditional Dutch fishing village Volendam.
