Holiday park the Amsterdamse Bos is located at the southern edge of the Amsterdamse Bos in Amstelveen, close to Amsterdam.

This park has an ideal location at the southern edge of the Amsterdamse Bos. Here you will find the best of both worlds. You will stay in the middle of nature amongst the trees, water and animals, but you will also be in our bustling capital Amsterdam in no time at all. In the surroundings, it is wonderful cycling or walking in the vast polders and forests. In Amsterdam, there is both culture and history to discover through the canals, various museums and impressive canal houses. With the children, you can visit Artis or Science Museum NEMO.  Of course, there is also plenty to see in the surroundings of Amsterdam. Think of the Zaanse Schans, the cheese city Alkmaar and the traditional Dutch fishing village Volendam.

You can rent a bicycle or e-chopper at the reception. With these, you can discover the nature reserve or the city.

The park has a shop for your daily groceries. During the high season fresh rolls are available daily.

Playground
The park has a playground where both big and small children can enjoy themselves.

Laundry
In a sanitary building you can use a washing machine and dryer. Tokens and washing powder are available at the reception.

Location and surroundings

In the area around Amstelveen, you will find peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful wide polder landscape with surprising country roads and lots of recreation. Amstelland is an oasis of peace and quiet in the shadow of the city of Amsterdam. Spend a day at the Ridammerhoeve goat farm, the Promised Land of Pigs, visit the Anne Frank House, the Amsterdam Grachtengordel or take in the Rembrandtplein. You will also find several restaurants, cafes and stores in Amstelveen itself. Take beautiful walks or discover all the vast polders in the Green Heart via the many cycling and hiking routes. The surrounding villages are also beautiful and explore while enjoying the beautiful authentic nature.
