Oan 'e Poel Water Park is located in the water-rich area of Terherne. The beautiful natural surroundings make this water park ideal for nature and water sports enthusiasts. The area also offers the perfect opportunity for cycling and/or wonderful walks through the stunning natural surroundings. Oan 'e Poel Water Park is a car-free park. You'll find 33 modernly furnished holiday homes there. The holiday homes in Terherne can accommodate four to 10 people. Water and water sports are central to this holiday park. All holiday homes in the park have a private jetty where you can enjoy swimming or fishing. Oan 'e Poel Water Park is also the perfect place for various water sports, including canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, and windsurfing. The park is directly connected to the Sneekermeer lake, Goingarijpster pools, and Langweerder Wielen lakes, which offer excellent sailing opportunities. Oan 'e Poel Water Park has its own boat ramp. There are also two public jetties in the park leading into the lake. From these two public jetties, you can also swim or fish in the lake. The lake is dotted with numerous small islands, and its connection to numerous canals makes for wonderful canoeing. While canoeing, relax on one of the islands and enjoy a picnic or take a refreshing dip in the water!
