The wonderful, luxurious villas of holiday park Zuytland Buiten are situated approximately 30 minutes from Rotterdam, amidst natural, watery surroundings, between Zuidland and Simonshaven, at the Stompaarde Plas. As the park has been built on four peninsulas, all spacious villas have a porch by the water. This water allows you to fish and swim. The luxuriously, comfortably furnished villas guarantee a fantastic holiday!
The holiday park is situated amidst extensive polders and the wonderful natural/recreation area Bernisse, allowing you to walk, cycle, swim or sail. The old Dutch villages Heenvliet, Geervliet, Brielle and Hellevoetsluis are situated near the park and are definitely worth a visit. Besides, you should visit Rotterdam, a metropolis with plenty of highlights, such as various museums, the Euromast and Zoological garden Blijdorp.
A holiday house at holiday park Zuytland Buiten is a perfect operating base to enjoy a fantastic holiday, both for active persons (swimming, cycling, walking) and peace seekers (read a book over a glass of wine at your private porch).

- At Zuytland Buiten holiday park, there are construction activities from Monday to Friday, which may cause noise pollution. No work is planned during the weekends.

- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.

Location and surroundings
Simonshaven is located between vast polders and next to the beautiful nature and recreation area Bernisse, where you can enjoy walking, cycling, swimming or boating. If you want to go out for the day, the old Dutch villages of Heenvliet, Geervliet, Brielle and Hellevoetsluis are not far away and certainly worth a visit. In addition, you are close to Rotterdam, a metropolis with many attractions including several museums, the Euromast and the harbor. You can also dine out or enjoy an abundance of all kinds of stores. Also visit Delft and The Hague where there is plenty to do as well as beautiful buildings.
