Europarcs Kagerplassen is an attractive holiday park located on the picturesque Kagerplassen in South Holland, near the historic city of Leiden. The park offers modern accommodation with stunning water views, surrounded by a network of lakes and canals that are ideal for various water sports activities such as sailing, boating and fishing. Its central location makes it a perfect base for exploring both the natural beauty of the area and the cultural wealth of nearby cities.

Particularities
- The homes may differ in interior and exterior and therefore deviate from the photos shown.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on-site from all guests renting a holiday home . The deposit is a maximum of €100 per person.
- It is necessary that the main booker is present at check-in to identify themselves.
- It's a new park and still under development. Not all facilities are in place yet. Should construction occur, the park always tries to keep it to a minimum.

The park has a reception, free wifi and fresh rolls are available every morning in the shop.
Children
For the children there is an air trampoline, they can play boules and there are table tennis tables. There are also several playgrounds on the park.
Rental
The park offers boat hire, bicycle hire and canoe hire. Electric bikes are also available for hire at the bike hire.
Sports and games
Sports and water enthusiasts will find plenty to do at the park. Among other things, there is a football pitch, beach volleyball court and natural swimming pool.

Location and surroundings
South Holland's Warmond lies on the Kagerplassen, on the eastern side of the Bulb Region. Warmond is very versatile and has a forest, a castle, a church ruin with knight's tombs, imposing country houses and more than enough opportunities for recreation. It is an active village where you can enjoy water sports, go for a nice walk or cycle ride, and visit fun events. The village is close to Leiden, a cosy city with many canals, idyllic bridges, floating terraces, squares with shops, restaurants and terraces. You will find as many as 13 museums, including Museum Volkenkunde, Naturalis and the National Museum of Antiquities.
