Beautiful holiday park on the Veluwe near Otterlo

Holiday park De Wije Werelt is a beautifully situated holiday park on the Veluwe. You can go on an adventure in nature on, around and in the vicinity of the holiday park. From the holiday park you can walk and cycle directly into the forest and 300 meters away is the beautiful sand drift Het Mosselsche Zand. Every school holiday there is entertainment including Beau & Bloem. In addition, super cool events are regularly organized for young and old. In the middle of the holiday park you can find the family restaurant De Houtzagerij with an indoor play paradise. Children can endlessly play in De Wije Werelt in challenging playgrounds, the swimming pool, the Veluwe petting zoo or the children's theater. Go for it!

Particularities

  • The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.
  • It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
  • The interior/exterior of these holiday homes may differ.
  • At holiday park De Wije Werelt, all accommodations have a coffee cup machine, of which the cups can only be purchased at the reception or at the breakfast shop.

Reception for all information about the park and its surroundings can be found here. There is also a bicycle and go-kart rental. For the daily laundry there is a laundromat on the park.

There is a beautifully heated outdoor pool with a special paddling pool.

Food and drink
The cosy family restaurant 'De Houtzagerij' is located on the holiday park. At this restaurant with terrace and indoor playground you can enjoy after a day full of new impressions. The menu is accessible, from pancake and meal salads to logging steak. There is also a snack bar for the quick bite and a breakfast shop on the park for the daily small groceries.

Location and surroundings

Otterlo, Gelderland

The cosy esdorp Otterlo is surrounded by nature and has one of the three entrances to National Park De Hoge Veluwe. This is a magnificent park with not only beautiful nature, but you can also visit the Kröller-Müller Museum, Jachthuis Sint Hubertus and Museonder. For nature lovers, there is no better place to go on holiday! There are endless beautiful cycling and walking routes in the area that you can take. Enjoy fields, meadows and purple moors and the occasional babbling brook. Would you like a day of shopping? Visit Arnhem or Barneveld for lots of cosy shops, but a nice drink on a terrace or an ice cream is also possible just in Otterlo itself.
