Nice and child friendly holiday center in Enter - Twente

Holiday center 't Schuttenbelt is located on the border of Salland and Twente near Enter. A unique piece of the Netherlands that is worth exploring. In the area you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips through the green nature. The landscape is interspersed with forests, meadows and rivers. At the holiday center itself there is plenty to do for young and old. During the school holidays there is an animation team present, there is a panna cage, an All Weather Tennis court, a snack bar, a beautiful outdoor playground and of course the beautiful outdoor swimming pool for the summer months.

Enter lies on the border of Salland and Twente: a unique part of the Netherlands that is definitely worth exploring. You will be amazed by the Sallandse Heuvelrug, with Holterberg near Nijverdal as its highest point. This is where the last wild grouse in the Netherlands still live. There are also special museums in the area, but don't forget the amusement parks. Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is nearby, where you will find crazy attractions for young and old. Some museums in the area are the Fire Brigade Museum in Rijssen, Wonderryck Twente in Denekamp (nature experience centre) and Rijksmuseum Twenthe in Enschede. Would you rather spend a day in a bigger city? Then Almelo, Deventer and Hengelo are also recommended.
