Thuysgrond forms an ideal base for a stay in the heart of the Brabant Kempen. Situated between the two nature gateways of Bergeijk and Eersel, and directly bordering the Cartierheide, you find yourself here in a varied landscape of heathland, forests, and walking trails.

From the park, you can step straight into nature for a relaxing walk or bike ride. The surrounding area is known for its hospitality and offers diverse options for a day out, from charming village centers to local restaurants and cafes.

The Gasterij serves as the central meeting point of Thuysgrond. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or, on selected days, dinner, prepared with seasonal ingredients from our own vegetable garden.

On the sports and bootcamp meadow, you can be active or go for a trail run. For a quieter moment, there is pétanque, or you can explore the surroundings at your own pace. A special experience is cooking together outdoors by the fire pits, where you end the day in an atmospheric setting.

Thanks to the dark, natural surroundings, Thuysgrond is also suitable for stargazing in the evening. Horse lovers are welcome and can make use of a separate facility to care for their horses. Small-scale events, workshops, and live music are regularly organized for young and old.
