Particularities
- During your stay you have unlimited free access to the covered swimming pool. Except during school holidays, the covered pool is closed from Monday till Friday from 3 pm till 7 pm due to swimming instruction.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Hotel rooms are restyled during your stay at Bad Arcen. As a result, there are activities from Monday to Friday that may cause noise pollution. Possible inconvenience is limited as much as possible.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Klein Vink will be closed from Monday 25 November 2024 to Monday 2 December 2024.

General
For all the forgotten and small groceries you can go to the supermarket on the vacation park. At Residence Klein Vink you have the possibility to rent bikes, go-karts and carts. During the high season you can also rent boats and canoes on the vacation park.
Sports and games
You will not be bored at Residence Klein Vink. Come and play in the indoor playground, play sports on one of the sports fields or even surf on the surf pond! The children enjoy themselves at the Koos Kids Club. In the courtyard with terrace you can play jeu-de-boules or live chess. A game of mini-golf, table tennis or basketball should not be missed.
Swimming
Located at Residence Klein Vink is the spa Thermaalbad Arcen. Totally relax in the wonderful warm water, which rises from an 892m deep source. The water in the various baths has a healing effect. You will come out of the water completely reborn! There are some conditions attached to the use of the thermal pool. For example, the thermal pool is only accessible to adults (over 18 years). Ask one of our staff about the conditions.
In the summer you can enjoy the refreshing water of the natural pool with its small beach or come and surf at the surf pond. In bad weather you can visit the indoor pool.

Location and surroundings
Arcen, located on the Meuse River, is not called the pearl of northern Limburg for nothing. Cycle or walk through forests, shifting dunes and Maas villages or along the stream valleys and beautiful Maas banks. Need a break? In the center of Arcen you can enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or an extensive dinner on many terraces. Come to War Museum Overloon, but also the castle gardens in Arcen are absolutely worth a visit. In these beautiful gardens you will find many different flowers and plants. In addition, you can also visit the castle. You can visit several beautiful towns and villages in the area such as Venlo, Venray and Lottum and even several German cities are just a stone's throw away.
