The Scherpenhof recreation park is located on the green floodplains of the IJssel. A park with numerous facilities and many excursion possibilities in the area, make it a perfect holiday destination for everyone. Sport and game:

During the school holidays there is a recreation team at the park that offers a very varied program with sufficient enthusiasm. There are two all-weather tennis courts, a football pitch, table tennis tables, a large outdoor playground with more than 15 playground equipment, go-karts and a video games arcade. At the bowling alley, you challenge your family and friends to strike a strike. The courses are equipped with disco lighting. In the Saloon you can play billiards and sit at the bar.

As a guest of Recreatiepark de Scherpenhof you get free access to PlayCity (a large indoor play paradise). PlayCity has slides in all shapes and sizes, a ball pit, monkey bridges, toboggan runs, ball guns and a soft play corner for the little ones.

Swimming fun and water sports:

The park has a large outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool, a natural recreational lake and, of course, the marina on the beautiful IJssel. At the recreational lake there are also special places for vacationers who want to throw their fishing rod out.

Marina:

Right on the river IJssel is the large marina with around fifty-five moorings. Ideal if you want to take a boat trip on the IJssel from the holiday park. You can visit various Hanseatic cities such as Deventer and Zutphen directly from the marina. The cosy town of Kampen and the connection to Flevoland are also easily accessible by boat.
