The beautiful countryside of South Limburg provides everyone with the ultimate holiday feeling. You will stay in the characteristic Limburg Hill Country with magnificent views. If you like to enjoy nature, you can feast your eyes on it. When you open your curtains in the morning, you will immediately see the beautiful landscape! There is plenty to do at the park for both you and your children. The park has an indoor playground, bowling alleys, a tennis court and sports fields. In short, fun for you and your child(ren). Particularities
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- During the winter period, the park works on improvements to the holiday park and accommodation. They make every effort to minimise inconvenience.

Catering and hire
Enjoy a bite to eat with an accompanying drink at the park's restaurant. At the park, it is possible to rent bikes, scooters or a barbecue.
Sports and games
You can have a game of bowling at the bowling alley, play outside in the playground, on the playing fields, the football pitch or on the basketball court. In addition, the park has a tennis court and table tennis tables. Are you here during the summer months and would like to take a refreshing dip? As a guest of the bungalow park, you can buy tickets at reception with a 50% discount for the Mosaqua subtropical swimming pool in Gulpen.
Children
There is also an indoor playground where children up to 12 years old can climb, clamber and romp around. The entertainment team is only present during the summer months.

Location and surroundings
The Limburg village of Walem is tucked away between Valkenburg and Klimmen. The rolling landscape looks breathtaking. It almost goes without saying that you can take beautiful walks here. Not afraid of a climb? Then get on your bike and enjoy the beautiful surroundings hill by hill. Several routes have been mapped out, but of course you can also choose your own route. A day out? Nearby are places that are well worth a visit. Heerlen, for example, where the Thermen Museum is fun to visit. For indoor fun, visit Kinderstad Heerlen. Ideal when the weather is worse.
