This apartment complex in Breskens offers spacious and modern apartments and penthouses and features its own restaurant. Thanks to its location, the apartments offer stunning views of the North Sea, the Western Scheldt, and the harbor of Breskens. All apartments are on the ground floor and accessible by stairs and elevator. The complex is also close to the wide beach and harbor of the fishing village of Breskens, making it easy to visit the beach and the sea. You can also enjoy various water sports here, such as stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, and sea sailing. Zeeuws-Vlaanderen offers beautiful, picturesque villages, charming beach pavilions, and inviting terraces. The Belgian border is also nearby, making the cities of Knokke, Bruges, and Ghent easily accessible. You can also walk the "De Benjes van Breskens" (Breskens Benches), an experience trail. You'll walk past 19 benches scattered throughout Breskens. Each bench is in a unique location, and you can discover more by scanning the QR code and watching the accompanying video.

All apartments and penthouses have access to a private parking space in the underground parking garage. There's also a communal, lockable bicycle shed where you can store your (electric) bicycle.

Location and surroundings
The village of Breskens is particularly known for its fishing port and large marina. In summer, it hosts the famous Fisherman's Festival, which attracts the entire village for three days. Besides the idyllic fishing port, the beach is not to be missed. From the beach, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Westerschelde, the village and Vlissingen. From Breskens, you can also cross over to Vlissingen for a day out, a city with many shops, terraces and history. There are lots of fun things to do in the area. How about fossil hunting in Cadzand? Or taking a boat trip on the Westerschelde to spot seals and porpoises?
