This beautifully situated four-person Tiny House is located on the city farm/outside site the Heicohoeve, located next to the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. The Tiny House offers the perfect combination of rural living and proximity to the city. On the former farmyard, everything is still about greenery and animals. Enjoy the charming animal pasture, relax by the large pond or take a lovely walk along the Laak. For the children there is a playground, trampoline and go-karts. There are also meeting rooms available for a meeting, healing session or team building. Regularly on Saturdays there is a pizza night, especially when the weather is nice! The pizzas are topped to your liking on the spot and baked in the stone oven. In addition, the Kota is regularly open to warm up by the fire, where you can enjoy delicious coffee and for the children there are marshmallows.

On the former farmyard stands the sustainable six-person Tiny House. The cottage offers a comfortable stay and is air-conditioned. The living room has a sitting area, television and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and filter coffee maker. There are two bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The staircase in the living room leads to the loft with two slatted beds and mattresses. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. Outside in the garden there is an outdoor fireplace with barbecue grill and garden furniture. There is a hot tub available that you can book in addition for € 50.00 per filling. The cottage is a perfect starting point for hiking and cycling routes. Bike rental is available on site.
