This group accommodation consists of three compartments, with a spacious common living room at its heart. In this cosy living room, you will find cosy corners to retreat into and a large pool table for guaranteed fun evenings together.

The house is located in rural surroundings and is an ideal base for day trips and beautiful cycling routes. Just a few kilometres away is the charming fortified town of Sluis, with its many shops and cosy restaurants. Towards the coast, Cadzand, Nieuwvliet and Knokke in Belgium are absolute musts. Here you will find beautiful beaches with fine beach pavilions.

This modern equipped group accommodation is very spacious, both inside and outside. Various adaptations increase accessibility for disabled people, such as wide doorways, flat walk-in showers and wide access paths. The communal living room stands out for its spaciousness. There are several seating areas, including one with a cosy fireplace and plenty of access to the outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen in each compartment. The kitchen in the middle of the living room is also accessible for wheelchair users. The house has a generous terrace overlooking the orchard. The terrace is accessible via several patio doors and furnished with various cosy seating areas with picnic tables and lounge sets. As the terrace faces south, you can enjoy the sun all day long! The grounds also offer plenty of space for children to play, with a trampoline, swing, volleyball court and petanque court.
