Attractive appartment next to the mill in Zoutelande 150 meters from the beach.
This double apartment is located next to the mill in Zoutelande. Directly at the pleasant village center with various nice shops, cafes and restaurants, but still quiet. The beach is 150 meters away. There are two adjacent studios with a shared garden. The beaches of Zoutelande are known as the sunniest southern beaches of the Netherlands and have an irresistible attraction all year round. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is surrounded by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their location on the south and their characteristic wooden pole heads.
Layout
A comfortable living room with sitting area and flat screen TV. There is a kitchenette with Senseo coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cooking facilities, fridge with freezer compartment and kettle. You sleep in the spacious double box spring bed in the livingroom. There is a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the property.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south.
