2 person holiday home 500 m from the beach in Zoutelande

This beautiful two person apartment is located within 500 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the center of Zoutelande. The beach is literally within hearing distance, you can hear the murmur of the sea! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday at the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande can be reached within a few minutes' walk and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, bicycle rental, not to mention a bakery.

The living room with open kitchen offers every comfort. The living room has a flat-screen TV with foreign TV channels. Wifi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, four-burner cooker, filter coffee maker, microwave and a Nespresso. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has two single box-spring beds. There is a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. There is parking for one car on site.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The accommodation was different from the description on Booking.com. Furthermore, it wasn't clear that booking wasn't directly through Booking.com. Communication beforehand was impossible; I submitted inquiries four times via Booking.com and received no response. It wasn't clear that the accommodation was in a detached house and therefore poorly soundproofed, allowing us to hear the hosts/family/children. We also found it to be extremely overpriced compared to many other accommodations – even during peak season. The light-colored sofa had hard stains, which is unacceptable at a price of €1800 per week.
