Cosy 6 person holiday home 300m from the Strand in Zoutelande

This beautiful, detached, six-person holiday home is in a prime location in terms of forest, beach, sea and the beautiful village of Zoutelande. The holiday home is located on a small-scale holiday park against the dunes, 300 meters from the beach of Zoutelande. The center of Zoutelande is reachable within a few minutes by bike and has a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, bicycle rental and a warm bakery and a supermarket. The beautiful Domburg is half an hour by bike as well as Middelburg with its many monuments. What you will find at the park: a playground for the children, table tennis table and basketball pole, panna arena and play equipment. Great place for a beautiful beach vacation.

A lovely holiday home with all mod cons (wifi, digital TV, washing machine, dryer, 'emma' mattresses, combi oven, toaster, Nespresso, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, enclosed and private gardens all around, bicycle shed with charging point, outside tap etc.).

Ground floor:
Cosy living room, a small open-plan kitchen and a cosy dining area. In addition, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin, separate toilet and the walk-in shower with washbasin, hairdryer.
First floor:
A spacious landing with skylight and fitted wardrobe. A bedroom with two single beds and dormer and a spacious bedroom with two single beds, washbasin and cupboard wall.

There is parking for two cars at the holiday home.

  • In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided in the accommodation.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity? Our stay in the holiday home was just as wonderful as last year. The peace and cleanliness of the complex, as well as the friendliness of the neighbors towards each other and the animals (dogs), were particularly noteworthy. House number 51, with its fenced terrace, is simply fantastic. The proximity to the dunes and the seaside is balm for the soul. The easy access to the pedestrian zone in Zoutelande is also very important and convenient for us.

Unfortunately, the key for the barrier wasn't where it was supposed to be when we arrived. Several phone calls were necessary before the key was finally delivered and we could drive the cars up to unload. On the positive side, the house is wonderfully equipped – it has everything you could possibly want, lovingly furnished, so you immediately feel at home. The large terrace and its furnishings also leave nothing to be desired. We will certainly book the house again in 2027 (for the fifth time already).
