This wonderful, comfortable holiday house in Zoutelande, Walcheren, is fitted with all modern conveniences such as a smart TV, washing machine, central heating and fireplace. Kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated.

The house is situated on the edge of a bungalow park, just outside Zoutelande and has a spacious sun-facing garden with terrace and fireplace. The bungalow park offers various playgrounds for kids.

Zoutelande is situated on Walcheren and offers several facilities such as a bakery, restaurants and cosy terraces. In Summer various activities are organized. A large, brand-new supermarket with plenty of parking places is situated within walking distance. Walcheren is known for its beautiful nature and its many wonderful walking- and cycling routes, which will lead you through the fantastic landscape. On the ground floor you will find the living room with comfortable sofa, with smart TV, CD-player, fireplace, games, books and stereo set. Open kitchen with dinette, oven, fridge/freezer, filter and senseo coffee-maker, combination oven and stove (four rings). Scullery with extra refrigerator and washing machine.
Bathroom with shower and wash basin. The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has two single beds. Two other bedrooms are situated on the first floor (one is on the open attic), with two single beds each as well. All beds have single duvets.

Outside you will find a spacious garden with large sheltered terrace with fireplace, garden furniture with cushions and sunshade. You have a private drive and parking place. Next to the house is a small canopy under which you can place bicycles.
