Detached 6 person bungalow within walking distance of the beach and center of Zoutelande
Detached bungalow for six persons, in private bungalow park in Zoutelande. This bungalow is within walking distance of the beach and centre. Zoutelande is one of the coastal towns in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine and a south-facing beach. This is why Zoutelande is also called the Zeeland Riviera. In the centre, you will find cosy terraces, restaurants and nice shops. So Zoutelande is a great place to be, both in summer and winter.
This bungalow has a living room with lots of windows and a gas fireplace. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and plan how to spend the day. Or, on the other hand, enjoying a wonderful day's holiday by the gas fireplace.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven and a filter coffee machine. There are three bedrooms: two with two single beds each (90x200 cm) and one with a bunk bed (80x200 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with cabinet and toilet. There is a spacious, green garden with a large sun terrace facing south and a covered terrace where you can sit in the shade. The garden, not enclosed, is a lovely place to enjoy, play or for your four-legged friends! They can come along!
There is private parking for two cars in front of the garden.

Too small for 6 people; 1 person has to sleep on a thin mattress on the floor. The dining table is also very small for 6 people. The garden is very nice, offering plenty of peace and privacy.

One thing that could be done is to install a small air conditioner, as the house has no insulation and therefore heats up considerably in the heat and doesn't cool down properly again. However, there were plenty of places to sit in the shade during the day.
was man machen könnte wäre eine kleine Klima Anlage auf zu stellen, da das Haus keine Dämmung hat und dadurch sich bei der Hitze sehr auf heitzt, und nicht wieder richtig abkühlt.
Aber Tags über waren sehr viele Stellen wo man im Schatten sitzen konnte.

Thank you for your feedback. We fully understand that it can get quite hot in the house, especially with the summer temperatures. It is good to hear that you were able to find plenty of shady spots during the day; it is wonderful that there was at least some cooling to be found there.
Bedankt voor uw feedback. We begrijpen helemaal dat het flink warm kan worden in het huis, zeker met de zomerse temperaturen. Fijn om te horen dat u overdag wel volop schaduwplekjes kon vinden; heerlijk dat daar in ieder geval de verkoeling te vinden was.
