Detached bungalow for six persons, in private bungalow park in Zoutelande. This bungalow is within walking distance of the beach and centre. Zoutelande is one of the coastal towns in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine and a south-facing beach. This is why Zoutelande is also called the Zeeland Riviera. In the centre, you will find cosy terraces, restaurants and nice shops. So Zoutelande is a great place to be, both in summer and winter.
This bungalow has a living room with lots of windows and a gas fireplace. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and plan how to spend the day. Or, on the other hand, enjoying a wonderful day's holiday by the gas fireplace.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven and a filter coffee machine. There are three bedrooms: two with two single beds each (90x200 cm) and one with a bunk bed (80x200 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin with cabinet and toilet. There is a spacious, green garden with a large sun terrace facing south and a covered terrace where you can sit in the shade. The garden, not enclosed, is a lovely place to enjoy, play or for your four-legged friends! They can come along!
There is private parking for two cars in front of the garden.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity? The house's location is fantastic. The property is great, and the house itself looks fine at first glance, but it's dirty, outdated, and has a strong musty smell (dampness). The living/dining room is okay. The bathroom desperately needs renovation. The shower door doesn't close properly. The kitchen appliances and electrical system urgently need updating.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Das Grundstück ist super, das Haus selber auf den ersten Blick prima jedoch unsauber, veraltet und mit starkem Muffgeruch. (Feuchtigkeit) Das Wohn-/ Esszimmer ist ok. Das Bad bedarf dringend der Erneuerung. Die Tür der Dusche schließt nicht. Die Küchen-Ausstattung und die Elektrik müssten dringend überarbeitet werden.

Overall, we had a very good impression of the house and the entire property. We would gladly return. One minor drawback: the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough; we found an open bottle of drinks on the floor. There was also a bowl of leftover food in the oven, which we only discovered by chance.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr guten Eindruck vom Haus und von der Anlage insgesamt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Kleines Manko: Die Reinigung hätte etwas gründlicher sein können, wir fanden auf dem Boden eine angefangene Getränkeflasche. Im Ofen befand sich eine Schüssel mit Essensresten, die wir nur durch Zufall entdeckten.

A lovely cottage near the beach, which is ideal. It's perfectly suited for a family. We were six adult women, and we were no longer the youngest. A bunk bed and a trundle bed weren't ideal for nighttime toilet breaks (well, that's what happens when you get older). It's a shame there aren't any charging stations for electric cars at the park itself.
Leuk huisje vlak bij het strand, wat ideaal is. Huisje is prima geschikt voor een gezin. Wij waren met 6 volwassen vrouwen niet meer de jongsten. Dan is een stapelbed en een onderschuif bed niet ideaal ivm toiletbezoek in de nacht (tja dat krijg je als je op leeftijd bed) Jammer dat er op het park zelf geen oplaadpalen zijn voor elektrische auto's.
