This comfortable, fully furnished holiday house is entirely situated on the ground floor and is situated in the renovated barn of a farmhouse. It offers a wonderful view of the dunes and a wonderful, sunny garden, a perfect place to admire the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. There is a large playing field for kids and also a small meadow with a couple of sheep and chickens. Shops are situated within walking distance. Zoutelande offers several restaurants and terraces. Zoutelande offers the only south-facing beach of the Netherlands and, thus, most sun hours. On the ground floor, you have access to a spacious bright living room with a new, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, DVD player, satellite TV and radio. The open kitchen is equipped with a dining table, four-burner cooker, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and kettle.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds with box-spring mattresses. The nice bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

The holiday home has central heating, washing machine, free internet, high chair and cot.

The garden with views of the farmlands is adjacent to the living room and can be accessed via a sliding door. The spacious garden is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.

A bicycle shed and private parking are at your disposal.
