This double flat is located in Zoutelande on the second floor of a small apartment complex. From the living room and from the terrace you have a beautiful view over Zoutelande and the cosy village centre with several nice shops, terraces and restaurants, but still quiet. The beach is 250 metres away. Zoutelande's beaches are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands and have an irresistible attraction all year round. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite-surfing and stunt flying to enjoy undisturbed cycling or hiking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are famous for their south-facing position and their characteristic wooden groynes.
