Spacious, bright, and charming 6-person holiday bungalow close to Zoutelande beach.
This detached, single-story bungalow in Zoutelande was modernized in 2026 and has a bright, fresh appearance. The home is furnished for six people with three bedrooms, including two with new Auping box-spring beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom is functional and neatly furnished with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Outside, you will find a spacious, green south-facing garden, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. Directly adjacent to the living room is a sheltered terrace offering plenty of privacy, making it a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or a book early in the year. The large lawn invites you to lounge or play! Those heading out by bike will find a lockable bicycle shed and a charging point for electric bikes. With a high chair and a cot, the holiday home is also well-equipped for a stay with young children. Parking is available in the private parking space in front of the house.
Zoutelande beach, the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, is within walking distance, as is the village center with its shops and restaurants. Through the dunes, you will find walking and cycling routes through the nature-rich surroundings of Walcheren. Nearby, you can visit the Zoutelande Lighthouse and the Bunker Museum, or view the Delta Works.

We had a wonderful week. The location is great! It is clear that a new wind is blowing. The interior has been completely renovated and is nice and fresh. We no longer smelled the mentioned musty odor. A garden offering wonderful privacy that could really use a good pruning.

Het is duidelijk dat er een nieuwe wind waait. De inrichting is compleet vernieuwd en lekker fris. De vermelde muffe lucht roken wij niet meer.

The resort met our expectations and the online description. Unfortunately, the grounds were neglected. Hedges and bushes were overgrown around the building. TV streaming was unreliable and annoying. Nevertheless, we had a good time.
Die Anlage entsprach unseren Erwartungen und der Darstellung im Netz.
Leider waren die Außenanlagen nicht gepflegt. Hecken und Büsche wucherten auch um das Gebäude.
Das TV-Streaming klappte nur bedingnt und war nervig.
Dennoch hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

TOP: Great garden, very quiet location, 5-minute walk to the beach, lovely living/dining area. FLOP: Black mold on shower grout, discolored shower curtain, hardly any storage space in the bathroom and two bedrooms, rooms extremely small and noisy, house and furniture partly shabby and worn, musty smell everywhere. Size okay for the three of us, but much too cramped and small for six people.
TOP: toller Garten, sehr ruhige Lage, 5 Gehmin zum Strand, schöner Wohn-Essbereich. FLOP: schwarzer Schimmel an Duschfugen, verfärbter Duschvorhang, kaum Ablagemöglichk. in Bad + 2 Schlafzimmern, Räume extrem klein + hellhörig, Haus + Möbel teils schäbig und verlebt, muffiger Geruch überall. Größe für uns 3 ok, für 6 Personen viel zu eng und klein.

note: De nieuwe eigenaren van de woning hebben de volledige badkamer inmiddels geschilderd en deze is weer schimmelvrij.
