This beautifully situated six-person apartment is close to the center of Zoutelande and at the foot of the dunes. You can enjoy this prime location with a beautiful view of the dunes from the apartment. Through the dunes it is only a few hundred meters to the beach. Zoutelande beach is known as the sunniest beach in the Netherlands. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is a pleasant village with many nice shops and restaurants and is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches.

The apartment is located on the first and second floor of a small-scale complex. On the first floor there is a bright living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV with foreign channels. In addition to the sitting area, you can access one of the beautiful balconies through sliding glass doors. The open kitchen has, among other things, a four-burner gas hob, combi microwave, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), kettle, refrigerator and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. Separate toilet. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor there is a small landing and two bedrooms with two single beds. There is one parking space available and there is also a storage room that can be used.
