Beautiful bright 2 to 4 persons holiday home in Zoutelande

This 56m2 holiday home is equipped for two to four people and is located in a quiet part of Zoutelande. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. The cosy shopping street with restaurants and the supermarket are also within walking distance. From Zoutelande, there are many possibilities for long cycling and walking trips. For example, take a walk over the dunes towards Vlissingen with a beautiful view of the sea. Pleasant Middelburg and the seaside resort Domburg are easily reached by bicycle.

The house is fully equipped and furnished for up to two adults and two children. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. There is digital television with an extensive foreign package (including eight German channels), DVD player and a radio.

Upstairs is a spacious bathroom with sink and shower. There are two bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed with two separate mattresses and television and one bedroom with two single beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. There is underfloor heating on the entire ground floor and central heating on the first floor.

Behind the house is a sheltered garden of approx. 45m2 with a cosy (and cooling!) veranda and sun terrace with garden furniture. Your bikes are covered and there is a charging station for two E-bikes.
