Luxurious 4 person holiday home in Zoutelande 250 meters from the beach.
This luxurious four-person holiday home is located in Zoutelande, directly at the pleasant village center with several nice shops, terraces and restaurants, yet quiet. The beach is 250 meters away. The beaches of Zoutelande are known as the sunniest southern beaches in the Netherlands and have an irresistible appeal all year round. Land and sea offer countless recreational opportunities: from kite surfing and stunt flying to wonderfully undisturbed cycling or walking along the many nature reserves in the hinterland. Zoutelande is framed by high dunes and vast sandy beaches. These beaches are known for their south-facing position and their characteristic wooden pile heads.
Layout
A comfortable living room with seating area with a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen includes a combination microwave, four-burner hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. A cot, high chair and stair gate are available. In both bedrooms there is enough space to add a cot. The bathroom is again on the ground floor and has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Through the French doors you walk from the living room to the terrace. This enclosed (front) garden has a garden set with cushions and a parasol.
This holiday home is located next to the owner's house, in the center of Zoutelande. There is a private parking space in front of the door.

- In the service pack you will find a dishcloth, two dishwasher tablets, a washing-up brush, a small bottle of washing-up liquid, a sponge and one rubbish bag. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided in the accommodation.

The famous beach of the pleasant town of Zoutelande is located in the south of Walcheren and is also the only beach in the Netherlands facing south. Zoutelande is located in the middle of various nature reserves. Through these beautiful natural surroundings you can follow various cycling and hiking routes. The peninsula of Walcheren has more than 140 kilometers of bicycle paths. See the Zoutelande lighthouse, the Bunker Museum in the dunes or the Delta Works. Looking for a fun activity?
