Holiday home ‘Lavender’ is located on the small-scale holiday park ‘Parc Villemaire’ in Zonnemaire. The house is attractively furnished and equipped with every comfort. It is a wonderful destination for a relaxing holiday. The house, garden and surroundings are ideal for families with young children, couples or groups of friends.

Zonnemaire itself is a small, artistic village, where musicians, artists and creative people feel at home. A few minutes' walk from the house is a good restaurant with a cosy terrace, you can rent bikes, order breakfast or join the menu of the day at the weekend. You can do your daily shopping in the lovely seaside town of Brouwershaven. The house is a stone's throw away from the Grevelingenmeer and historic Zierikzee.

On the ground floor, you enter the house through the hallway where you will also find a separate toilet. Here you will also find the utility room with washing machine/dryer and all kinds of kitchen appliances. The house has a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa and armchair, television, dining area and a cosy wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is equipped with a large cooker, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.

The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. One room has a double bed with bedside tables and clothes storage. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90x200 cm), also with bedside tables and clothes storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin and vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.

The garden has several seating areas, a Weber gas barbecue and a meditation area. The garden is surrounded by a hedge and offers a lot of privacy. The garden also has a vegetable garden with various vegetables and herbs and a number of fruit trees, which you can enjoy. There is a parking space on private property. A second car can be parked on the general car park and there is a double electric charging station.
