There are three modern bathrooms, the first-floor bathroom also featuring a private infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation. The spacious living room with large windows provides plenty of natural light and a pleasant atmosphere. The comfortable seating area with a sofa, comfortable chairs, and a flat-screen TV is the perfect place for everyone to unwind. The generous dining table seats eight and offers ample space for dining together and chatting about the day. The open-plan kitchen with a cooking island is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying meals together. A washer and dryer are also provided, making the villa especially suitable for longer stays. For families, a cot and high chair are available (please bring your own bed linens). The enclosed garden is situated right on the water and has a private jetty. Here you can enjoy the outdoors with a lounge set, dining table, charcoal barbecue, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. The villa also has an electric charging station, so you can charge your car during your stay.
