Spacious holiday home for 8 people with 4 bedrooms in Zeewolde
This spacious holiday home is suitable for eight persons and is situated on a holiday park in Zeewolde. The holiday park offers free use of an unheated outdoor swimming pool (open from June to August/September), a tennis court and a Jeu de Boules court. Please bring your own rackets and/or balls for the tennis court and Jeu de Boules court. In addition, this is the perfect base for visiting the beach and the centre of Zeewolde with its various shops and restaurants. Both locations are about six kilometres from the holiday home. For fun trips with the family, you can visit the Dolfinarium, Speelbos de Zevensprong, Hans & Grietje pancake house or Walibi Holland.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa, wood-burning stove, television with Netflix, Playstation 4, books and various games. The spacious kitchen includes an induction hob, American fridge-freezer with ice cubes, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo and a filter coffee machine. There is a toilet with a urinal.
The stairs lead to the first floor with four bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, bidet, urinal, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Outside there is a garden with a furnished terrace, a charcoal barbecue and parking for 3 or 4 cars.

Good to know
- Music is only allowed indoors; nuisance will not be tolerated. Because of this, the property is not suitable for parties or youth groups.
- At the park there is an evening quiet from 22:00 and silence from 00:00.
- Sportverenigingen, studentenverenigingen, jongerengroepen (tot 25 jaar), basisschoolgroepen, zorggroepen en zakelijke groepen zijn niet toegestaan.

Zeewolde is a wonderful destination for lovers of water and water sports. On and around Wolderwijd is a great place to be. As the water at the beaches is shallow, it is perfect for families with young children. The nearby Horsterwold is one of Flevoland's most special forests. It is very diverse and you will find a huge variety of plants, trees and animals. An extensive network of trails and routes is waiting to be discovered here. Want to do something fun with the children? Then go to Hans & Grietje Pancake House and Play Park, for a magical experience.

Unfortunately, the house and garden were not clean. After calling the owner, a very friendly cleaning lady came by that same day and cleaned the house again. Unfortunately, there was no solution for the garden. Nevertheless, our stay was very pleasant, and the owner were always available and quickly resolved the issue.
Leider war das Haus und der Garten nicht sauber. Nach Anruf bei der Eigentümerin kam noch am selben Tag eine sehr freundliche Putzkraft vorbei, die erneut im Haus geputzt hat. Für den Garten gab es leider keine Lösung. Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön und die Eigentümer waren immer erreichbar und haben für schnelle Lösungen gesorgt.

The house and surroundings were fantastic. It was fully equipped. I'm very satisfied and will recommend it to others.
De woning en omgeving was fantastisch. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik ben zeer tevreden en zal het bij anderen aanbevelen.

Beautiful, very spacious holiday home. Very pleasant contact, but after my stay, when I raised the issue of cleanliness, I received no further response. We had to vacuum the floor and drawers first. Otherwise, it was clean.
Schönes, sehr großes Ferienhaus. Sehr netter Kontakt, jedoch wurde mir nach dem Aufenthalt, als ich das Thema Sauberkeit ansprach, nicht mehr geantwortet. Wir mussten erstmal Boden und Schubladen Staubsaugen. Ansonsten war es aber sauber.
