Within cycling distance is Blankeberge with its cosy marina, long seawall, casino, restaurants and atmospheric shopping streets. You can enjoy a wonderful beach holiday here all year round and for a nice day out you can go to Sealife Blankenberge, the ZOO Serpentarium or the variety show at the Witte Paard. For a pleasant day of shopping, go to Bruges, a city rich in beautiful museums, monuments, city parks and impressive architecture. Take a long city walk or take a boat on the canals.

Expensive apartment and certainly not suitable for 6 people; luckily there were 4 of us. It is small, and with 6 people, two have to sleep on the sofa bed, which then fills the entire room. Zeebrugge itself is a shadow of its former glory, but the pasta restaurant is highly recommended. As is the harbor cruise. We did have a nice time together 🙂
