Cozy and spacious 8 person holiday home in Wolphaartsdijk

The house is located near Wolphaartsdijk, close to the Veerse Meer. Wolphaartsdijk is a small authentic Zeeland village, it has a marina, restaurants and shops for your daily needs. In the immediate vicinity of the house nature, water and peace, but within walking distance the marina, the Veerse Meer with various water sports and a number of restaurants. A lovely place for a weekend away or a week's holiday! 

Layout

In this cosily furnished house, you will experience a lot of space. There is about 120 m2 of floor space where you will find a large living room and 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The open kitchen is very well equipped, including a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave oven, Senseo, kettle, Nespresso and various kitchen utensils. The sitting area has a large-screen flat-screen smart TV with Netflix about 50 DVDs, various books and games. Lovely to spend the evening after a nice day's holiday. The large dining table provides ample space for extensive dining or playing games.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. 
On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe. The large bathroom houses a shower, a whirlpool bath and a double sink. There is a separate a toilet. In the spacious utility room is washer/dryer combination. There is a large garden and around the house a terrace which is partly covered.  Here you will find a large outdoor table with 8 chairs and a comfortable seating area. In the shed at the side of the house are several garden chairs and a large parasol.
