Thanks to the sliding doors with mosquito net, you enjoy lots of light and a direct connection to the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction hob with built-in extractor fan, a combination microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a kettle. The spacious kitchen island has a bar area - ideal for breakfast or a glass of wine. The modern bathroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a walk-in shower with rain shower, a toilet and a washbasin. On the second floor are three bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable box-spring beds. There is also a toddler's crib, and at the top of the stairs a stair gate provides extra safety. The fully fenced garden is perfect for children and dogs. Thanks to its south-facing location, you will always find a sunny spot on one of the two terraces around the house. At the house there is space for up to two cars. Additional public parking spaces are available throughout the park. Finally, there is a small bicycle shed at the house. We rent in this recreation area 3 houses close to each other, so ideal for a family weekend for up to 15 adults.
