This luxurious five-person holiday home is ideally located less than five minutes by bike from the Veerse Meer and you can walk to the beach at the Schelphoek in five minutes. Ideal for small children to swim and play. There is a slipway 300 meters away. The detached holiday home is located in a green and quiet recreation area on the edge of Wolphaartsdijk. The North Sea beach is less than 25 minutes by car. There are many water sports options in the area. In the village you can do all your daily shopping and enjoy a delicious meal.

The living room has a cozy dining area and a sitting area, with an attractive wood-burning stove and a smart television. The new kitchen includes a dishwasher, four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. On the ground floor is the luxurious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Via the stairs in the hall you reach the upper floor with two bedrooms. One with a double bed (and mobile air conditioning) and the other with three single beds. Both bedrooms have shutters on the windows. In the storage room there is a washing machine and dryer and there is enough space for any bicycles.

Through a sliding door in the living room you have access to the sunny south-facing terrace with garden furniture. There is a spacious garden with a lawn and a playground. There is one parking space at the holiday home.
